Almost as easy as TurboTax for Home&Business

TurboTax for Business has a similar, though not quite as slick, interface as its online products. The easy toggle between the step-by-step version and actual IRS forms is a good way to doublecheck entries and progress. It's a definite negative that this is still not available for Mac...I was lucky that I had an old PC laying around that I could use, but would have been quite disgusted at the surprise otherwise.
What's great about it: Straightforward layout plus guidance for income/expense listing
What's not so great: Not available for Mac

It should be more user friendly for preparing a special needs trust return.
What's great about it: It loaded prior year's tax data well
What's not so great: It repeatedly requested info to purchase a state return. it requested I preparere K1 forms for a special needs trust

We have had our returns professional prepared and filed for the last 10 years! Came back to TurboTax to prepare all 10 returns for business and personal - piece of cake!

Each year it gets easier

I have used Turbo Tax for over 15 years now. It has come a long way and is much easier to use in its current form.
I would recommend this program to most taxpayers.
What's great about it: Follow through from year to year makes the process quicker
What's not so great: Programs are getting a little expensive

we have used this for several years, so grateful it handle the deprection completely and accuarately for us along wtih all the other details of how to record deductions with revenue for the needed tax return
What's great about it: step by step lead me through sections great
What's not so great: a couple questions no help to clarify how to answer
