Data sources from worksheets can be elusive

It was not clear to me how to add $1.80 bank interest to the income section of F1065. I tried multiple places to learn the addition messed up the balances on the federal and state taxes. I decided to leave the small interest amount off of my business returns. I'll include the interest on my individual returns. It might be better to have one place where all inputs are made.
What's not so great: I could not figure out how to add $1.80 bank interest to the income section of form 1065.

Should have just used my accountant

I ended up having to redo the taxes completely becase it would not produce a K1 with updated information. It was too much trouble to figure out why it would not update this change so I just deleted EVERYTHING and redid it. It was not worth the time. Should have just paid my accountant to do this simple little LLC tax form.

Trust's tax return for small Special Needs Trust

Info "transferring" from federal to CT state filing left approx 2/3 of identical lines NOT transferred. entries had to be made manually. w/ that not transferring it raised questions if lines with same names and numbers meant the same on both Fed and State forms. but the biggest hassle really was (and has been in prev. years) knowing correct form for doing Trust's tax return. changing product name in particular threw a curve ball esp when Turbo Tax video for Trust taxes uses old names.
IDEA/suggestion. make links to correct product (only the correct product) on a topic's page. Otherwise. 87%-89% happy with product.

What's great about it: find answering the questions abt 87% very straight forward
What's not so great: did not find E Z way to know which product is correct one w/ product name changes, also affected info transfer

Last year i filed the safe harbor election and this wasn't in my 2015 turbo tax return documents. i wanted to ask a question if it should have been.
