Inadequate Product

TurboTax Business can't import brokerage statements because it can only import from Quickbooks. It also doesn't support the Form 1041 Ohio tax return. It's help file is non-existentt. Any questions I had went to the "community" and were not designated for TurboTax Business so the answers were generally useless.
What's great about it: None
What's not so great: Missing Features

Good balance

The program provides a lot of instruction and links for help. Explanations can be found quickly for nearly everything you could need. Sometimes, I wanted to move quicker than it allowed me over things I already understood. In hindsight, however, it is probably best that the information was presented even if I thought I didn't need it. Keeps my ego in check and insures I get things right.
What's great about it: lots of links for help and explanations
What's not so great: sometimes seems like too much info but that's not a really bad thing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

At the end of the return the software tell you that everything is OK. but at the time of printing and saving it tell you the the return has error, but it does not tell you what the errors are.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: Contradictory result.

Going on 7 years of using Turbo Tax Business

Overall this is an excellent program for the small business person to use. It is easy to put numbers into various categories and follow where the numbers lead. What is tricky is that some research on tax laws and whether or not you qualify for a particular items. Tax laws are not easy. What Turbo Tax does do is make it easy so that there are no math errors and most items have a "learn more: button so that you can read and decide where to put items. Turbo Tax also is up to date on tax law and checks for and updates forms every time you log on. I would die at tax time if I did not have Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Sections are automatically routed to where the numbers go
What's not so great: Still have a hard time following some of the tax laws and where everything goes

Thanks for Help with LLC filing

The procedure for balancing revealed that TurboTax does not import the partner equity from the previous year. It does provide a help pop up that reveals how to find the data in the previous year's tax return.
What's great about it: Made daunting task manageable

Turbo Business is Fast, Easy an Effiecient!

Turbo Tax Business 2015 is one of the best and easiest tax programs I have ever used. I found it easy to follow, easy to understand and easy to file. What could be easier? Thank you for making Turbo Tax one of the most trusted and easy to understand tax filing programs on the market. You guys are the boss!!

What's not so great: Terms like "Prior Year Revenue" are undefined
