I like and use the help discussions. Just enter a tax related phrase and you see what others are concerned about, and how to resolve or where to do to resolve an issue..
I love the auditing. It takes you to the problem and refers you to the help if you can't figure out the solution. If the turbo tax team help doesn't have the answer they refer you to the IRS documentation.
What's great about it: Takes data from Quickbooks Pro 2015
What's not so great: There were none
Pros: I bought or sold investments

if you accidently click out of turbotax (like I was closing the report, and instead the whole thing got closed down), or if computer shuts down, you will loose all the info you have entered. so save your work every 10 minutes. a software that costs so much should have autosave feature built in. also. entering depreciation for previous years is kind of a guessing name, so be prepared to spend some time with support on the phone. tech support was great though, and after 30 minutes and consultations with supervisors, we finally came to a solution. and for crying out loud, make a Mac compatible version!!!
What's great about it: fairly easy to navigate and use
What's not so great: doesn't automaticaly save your info, not Mac compatible, depreciation for previous years is not clear

Great product once you get it on your computer. Easy to use. HUGE PAIN TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO BUY AND DOWNLOAD. TURBO TAX TRYS TO GET YOU TO ENROLL IN TURBO TAX ADVANTAGE WHICH COMPLICATES THINGS. Once you get it downloaded works great.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: HARD TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO PURCHASE AND DOWNLOAD

It works, but the devil is in the details.

Form 5500 should really be included, and it warns you that you need it without ever asking questions about the plan which may mean that you don't need it. Keep calm, carry on...
After all this work, I still have to fill out PDFs and stuff a bunch of envelopes for Oregon taxes it does not know.
Really no better than last year, but we keep paying every year...
What's great about it: Step by step, with help along the way...
What's not so great: No State Efile, Missing form 5500
