Confusing software

First time using this desktop version for my company. It is very confusing. I would rather not do this again.
What's great about it: Step by step
What's not so great: Wish I didn;t have to pay first before doing the state tax, and pay after it is done.

Please integrate with QBO

Please integrate with quickbooks online. It was kind of lame to hand copy everything and the desktop version of quickbooks was counter intuitive to find/download on the quickbooks website.
What's great about it: got all the right forms
What's not so great: NOT INTEGRATED WITH QUICKBOOKS ONLINE

can't e-file NYC 204, no information given

once again your product (turbo tax business) can't e-file my "NYC 204". No helpful information can be found on the internet.
when i try to print out the forms it says "new york requires" these to be filed via e-file. I was able to file federal and New York state via e-file, now i'm stuck on filing NY City forms (NYC 204). I would think that you guys would have fixed this by now after so many people complained about it last year. but guess not...

I do taxes for two small corporations and a Trust. I am confident that all of the questions that need to be asked, have been asked and answered correctly.
What's great about it: I have used Turbo Tax for 20 years.

I used program to create a partnership return, including K1s. Did a great job. Completed return in record time

I used the Turbotax Business but it can not transfer a data from Quickbooks Online. And also, Why it does not have the MAC OS version.
