Very Easy!

What's great about it: Loved how it walked me through each step in easy to understand directions.
What's not so great: That it only took me 2 hours to complete a Corporate tax return - now how am I going to justify my bill?

You can do better

For income, there was no ability to up load data for the trust from the broker 1099. This feature is available to individuals why not Trusts? Can't you program EIN option versus SSN in your software?
Software doesn't cover Original Issue Discounts in normal sequence of prompts. Easy to miss recording income from 1099.
Prompts in distribution of income were not complete or accurate but if you had never done this before you would not know and could just assume that you filled out correctly because the sequence didn't give you any other questions/options.
What's great about it: Ability to transfer data from last years return
What's not so great: inability to import data for trust from broker

LLC return

It's clear TT has taken pains to make it as user-friendly as possible for the non-tax professional. If you have all your records and numbers handy, it is, for the most part, fill in the blanks.
However, I have filed my first LLC return. TT asked me for some elections that I did not know how to complete. For instance, were we a "profit percentage" or "ownership percentage". The LLC is a 50/50 joint venture with my wife and everything is split 50/50 including ownership. So "ownership percentage" made intuitive and common sense to me. But TT said that was uncommon, so I went with the "profit percentage" as that is what the default was. would have loved some succinct support like they have in other sections so you can quickly evaluate the options and pick one or do more research.
Also, it was maddening trying to get the balance sheet to balance and (I believe) it was due to TT (and the IRS for that matter) needing to round to the nearest whole dollar. I had two entries that needed to be $.50 each, but that constantly put the balance sheet out of balance by $1! TT won't e-file if it's out of balance, even by a buck. After hours of tinkering to try and balance, I finally took a buck off my cash contribution. Success, I balanced!.
But the it created an unequal partnership as my wife now had $1 more invested than I did. I just filed it. I couldn't take any more hours to fix a $1 mistake.
What's great about it: Guidance through supplying the right information: I have the numbers, they know where they go and which forms are neede
What's not so great: Not enough explanation

This was so much faster than doing my personal taxes. I just wish there was an option to pay the $800 state fee with a credit card. Not sure if that's something that the government doesn't allow or it's something that Turbo tax doesn't give as an option.
What's great about it: Faster than personal taxes
What's not so great: No creditcard availability

Great! Once I found the right product.

The product is excellent.
It was difficult to find out which software I needed for a Trust and getting to the screen to purchase it . The Products and Pricing screen did not show any product for Trusts or a contact for help. I had to go outside of TurboTax to find the correct TurboTax product for me (Business).
What's great about it: Step by step with explanation links all the way
What's not so great: A bit confusing at the end for paper filing
