Super Easy

Great product that is super easy to use. I've been using it for the last 4 years and love it. Makes the process much less painful and much less expensive than using an accountant.
What's great about it: Walks you through every step of the process
What's not so great: Each time you want to review something it takes you through many of the questions over and over

Return went smooth

Loved how you could pause the return then pick back up later. The step by step allowed you to work on items then go back and review as desired.
What's great about it: Step by Step went much faster this year than in the past.

Fed and State LLC Program

Based on price charged and value received, Turbo Tax is a very good product. Most of the federal reporting flows into the required forms easily. The major challenge for the software is dealing with each state's reporting requirements. I guess the marginal cost affects the ability for programmers and tax experts to respond as effectively to state tax law as it does to federal laws. I had to hand enter a lot of information on state forms.
What's great about it: I like having access to all the forms and worksheets.
What's not so great: The more complex the reporting procedure, the less able the program to correctly record it.

Business Taxes DIY

It was my first year doing my business taxes and I was able to get them done. I learned a lot personally doing them but it was a learning curve at some parts. Overall I would recommend utilizing TurboTax especially if you are a small business.
What's great about it: DIY business taxes, step by step walkthru, simple interface, very helpful most of the time
What's not so great: Had some issues with balance sheet "balancing".

Hard to navigate through when you have an issue with an account. Should be able to enter numbers in forms. Probably not good for Turbo Tax though!!

Improvements easily found

Things that did not work were at the end while I was filing it asked me to go back to attach a form from a scan. That proved to be impossible. There was no menu that was referred to in the error and help section.
What's great about it: I could get the returns completed. All forms needed were available
What's not so great: helps referred to another turbo tax or did not work properly
