What's great about it: Fairly easy to walk through the step-by step
What's not so great: complicated areas are still difficult such as UBI on k-1s within IRAs

Lacking

I am a MAC user and it is difficult and costly for me to have to run a PC desktop copy of QuickBooks for a PC simply because TurboTax Business is not available for MAC. I tried QuickBooks Online and it was an epic failure. It is to difficult to maintain my data in 2 different places and there is no way to import data into TurboTax from QB Online
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: TurboTax Business is not MAC compatible

Huge help in filing my taxes

Turbo Tax Business: Filed electronically. Screen said I may need to send some hard copies to IRS. Clicked on print button and get error message that could not print PDF documents. No indication of what documents I need to send.
What's great about it: Thorough in calculating all the complexities of our tax code.
What's not so great: Needing to buy expensive "Home & Business" and "Business": to do my taxes because of farm income and a trust.

printer issue

Using Turbo Tax Business. On state form purchase/download, print for your records button doesn't work - opens a save to file or open file location instead of opening the printers dialog box like it should.
What's great about it: worked

Solution to problem

Connected with Shelly after a reasonable wait...the call back feature used by TurboTax is a nice customer service option. Shelly asked the right questions, understood the problem, but was unable to present a "fix" that corrected either my problem or TurboTax's.
Regardless, what she did present saved me a lot of potential redo work...which I was very appreciative of!

Trust program -Ca state

We have a number on State Adjustment on CA schedule
565 K-1,
But on TurboTax business State program has NO form for us to input the State adjustment NOR any information on "step-by-step".
The program is missing a very important form.
