Please better clarify the types of capital accounts to use to represent what each partner has contributed. Your choices in QuickBooks don't always match the choices in TurboTax. Otherwise, I still like using this product.
What's great about it: Simple to use as always, with a few exceptions
What's not so great: Your Tax-Line mapping subjects still confuse me for input on Capital Accounts

Tax Prep Help for Installment Sale

A CPA helped me figure out a very complicated Installment Sale. She was very complete and called me back to check if I finished it myself with her instructions.
What's great about it: CPA very helpful and complete
What's not so great: I had to wait a long time on the phone for help.

make the print options for State & Federal easier to find when you open the program. For example, I purchased both the federal and state. After I am done and closed the program I wanted to go back to print my state taxes, but I have to go through a few more steps just to print my taxes. You should make it easier to find and print. Options easily found such as edit, review, print state, print federal, etc. Is just my opinion. Overall the program is easy to follow and use. thank you.

Simple and Easy

Buy Turbo Tax every year ...it takes the stress out of a very stressful process!
What's great about it: Really easy to understand
What's not so great: Nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Issues with e-filling

The overall experience is great! But when you are ready to e-file and review your return, if there are errors that need fixing, even when you fix them they don't reflect on the saved data and doesn't allow to e-file. To get around the problem I had to change the form from electronic to regular form, make the changes, and then change back to electronic form and then it would allow me to e-file. All of that without instructions to that effect. A nightmare. They need to fix the e-fling when there are errors.
What's great about it: Overall program is great.
What's not so great: Issues with e-filling

Mac User of Business program

I wish they would do a MAC OS version. I also wish that they would allow me to import from QuickBooks for Mac. My life would be sooo much easier.

Some glitches

During my session, it said I had to make some corrections but it wasn't very easy to make them. It had directions on where to go but they weren't clear. It should have been more specific about where the problems were and brought the cursor to the places where I needed to make the corrections. It took a lot of time for me to get the issues fixed. Filing taxes could go so much quicker with program changes. I spent a lot of time fighting with the program.
What's great about it: It guides you through the information to enter
What's not so great: It's not clear on how to correct things
