2015 business is the worst I ever used

The worst ever. CD version. Radom close every 30 seconds...I have to press save after every simple screen as it may radom close at any seconds!!!! Never see this before with Turbo Tax. What is going on?

My Evaluation of 2015 Business Turbotax

2 problems this year:
Turbotax did not transfer the income statement and balance sheet from the Federal return to the state return. I had to manually enter the information for the same balance sheet and income statement on the NC state return. It has always transferred the information on the software in prior years.
While working on the state return, if I needed to review a form on the Federal Return, there was no way for me to move back to the state return software without closing out of Turbotax..
What's great about it: Straightforward and easy to use
What's not so great: Inadequate transfer of information to state return

Good for small businesses

I have used Turbo Tax for Business for my corp return for my small software consulting business for many years. It's great to be able to import from QuickBooks which gives me 90% of all I need.
What I do not like is having to always go online to get any specific forms assistance and instructions and never being able to find the help that is needed.
What's great about it: Import from Quickbooks, interview process
What's not so great: No form help, complex to navigate
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I just got the feeling that the program had intentional short falls to try to get the customer to pay for online assistance.
What's great about it: imports information from quickbooks
What's not so great: needs a better explanation of calculations and help with errors

Not happy

NYC wasn't ready until Mar 11, I wanted to do my taxes Mar 6, and the taxes are due March 15. I don't like filing my returns so close to the deadline.
NYS had serious error - did not copy gross sales over from Fed info - left the value at zero and if I had not caught the error I would have filed an incorrect return and under paid my NYS tax.
What's great about it: Still better than doing it by hand
What's not so great: NYC s-corp very late, and NY State S-corp serious error

TurboTax is fairly simple and straightforward.
Would love to see it easier to enter guaranteed payments for partners appropriately on Sched K-1s

Would also like it more clear that "home and business" does not work for partnerships and "business" does. Very confusing
