Better than watching cable

Fell in love with Roku immediately. Turned my tv into a smart tv just by plugging in the stick. NetFlix, NFL, NHL, HuLu, etc, all at my finger tips.
Best purchase ever.

We bought the Roku a couple months ago and absolutely love it. I was torn between this one and Amazon Fire stick. So glad I went with the Roku. It works awesome, does exactly what we need. I can play my Netflix, Amazon Prime, and many other channels. Highly recommend the Roku stick!

Love The Channels..

This is actually my third roku.. so I've been using roku now for about a year, and couldn't be more pleased. As more and more channels become available for the roku player, it's just been fantastic for me. I cut the cable a year ago.. and haven't regretted it one bit. I was payin a huge amount of money each month to watch a couple of channels I actually liked.. It was complete madness. Now, I pick and choose my channels that I like, and my bill is considerably less.. It's the way to go, no doubt about it.

So far so good. I had some difficulty with the stick picking up the Roku remote signal. I changed the battery and that did not work for a couple of days. Now it seems to be working fine. Not sure what caused the problem.

Needs some improvement, but apps are the best

The streaming stick itself works well, but the remote is not as responsive as the older infrared based remote on my other Roku. I have it plugged into my A/V receiver because it won't fit into the recessed HDMI port on the TV. Sharp hadn't updated their apps since I bought the TV, so I bought the Roku for up-to-date apps. Roku apps are also better than the apps that came with my Samsung Smart TV.
