Great Product - Saves me money!

I bought this a month ago and I've been pleased with it! Complaint would be that sometimes the remote gets stuck and can't keep up. And another problem is the Rooku stick has frozen on me three times. Each time I've had to unplug and reset. that's frustrating. But overall no major complaints. Saves me money on cable tv!

It works but not very good at most times. It freezes and doesn't respond well most of the time. :(

Streaming Stick is my 2nd Roku

I have tried a couple other streaming solutions and was unhappy with the limited options. About a year ago I bought a Roku2 for my back up TV and have been very satisfied. So last month we decided we were going to cut way back on cable and add a Streaming Stick to the living room TV.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to install and just 1 2 3 and Go

I discovered Roku technology last year when i was not able to decide how to deal with a CRT TV for which digital adapter is not available. Google search yielded me Roku details and i felt interested in this concept and decided to buy a Roku 2 which works with any TV. No wonders, within 15 minutes of connecting and setting network etc, i was able to stream Youtube. This is awesome. This made me purchase another rocku device -stick for my other smart TV. Yes, smart TV. i use more of Roku stick that the apps offered by my Sony Smart TV. I love Roku products.

Mediocre slow support. Roku should have offered to replace the unit not send another remote.

Love my Roku!!

I bought three Roku's for our family. They are simple and easy to install and offer a ton of both paid and free services. You can pause programs and go back when you are ready which is a real plus in addition it is easy to move back and forth between the different services.
I would recommend this to a friend!

but very disppointed with the remote control. we thought the battery needed to be replaced, but we have changed the batteries and the remote control freezes and we get frustrated! so we use the stick remote less then the roku 2 box.

Great deal for the money

I'm enjoying the money saving part of using a Roku over cable or satellite. The only downside I have with it is the remote doesn't work all the time. There is either a delay after I push the button or it doesn't do anything at all. And we have a Roku box too that this happens on. I have found that using the Roku app to control the box works great, though. Have yet to try that with the stick but the remote should just work. Still a Good product, just not Excellent because of this issue.
