poor performance

this is the second Stick{ first was defective and replaced} it is hit and miss in streaming and a total waste

Just plug into your tv and you are ready to go. Connects to every device on your internet so anywhere you download movies you can watch on your bigger screen. Several Apps I had never used before add to the features.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to use. Love it! I use it every day. Mainly with Netflix but may use Amazon prime also.

Picture quality great, easy to use, not hard to setup. Loved it so much seriously considering it as a Christmas gift.

We bought the stick because we didn't have a wired internet connection in the kitchen. It works great and it's a great value.

I got the stick for my other tv and the remote wiil not stay linked to the stick ,so im going to return It for a new one.roku 3 that is.

Trouble Streaming

I bought this for my son's tv and it's a toss up as to whether or not it will work. He previously had a Roku 3, which I put in my room because the stick wouldn't fit my tv. We never had any problems with that OR the Roku 2 in our living room.
It's not an issue with the internet because the router is in my son's room and all other devices in the house are connected with no problem. I downloaded the latest update when I installed the stick, as well.
It frequently tells us that Netflix is not available but we can use it on both the other Roku's as well as my daughter's smart tv. He also has trouble watching youtube videos on it.
Very disappointed in the product and wish I would have spent the extra money to get another Roku 3. Unfortunately, I don't think I have the receipt to take it back.
