Love the apps that are available!

My husband bought me the roku with the headphones which I absolutely loved, but then the sound kept fading in and out . So we took it and exchanged it for the 2...I really like this one but I loved the other!! Wish it would have worked better. Also, I wish I could turn the system off when not in use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lose the cords!

The stick allows a wireless connect; therefore losing extra unsightly cords.

I bought this for my son's room as a alternative to buying another satellite receiver. So glad I did! He loves it! It's great to take places when we travel as well.

Ok, but slow

The stick works OK, but it is slow to respond and slow to wake up from stand-by. We had to take the first one back as it didn't respond to the controller most of the time. Would I buy one again? No. I would just splurge for the Roku 3. The Roku 3 we have in the living room is great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's so bad, I'm not using it

It was free with 3 months subscription to SlingTv, but the remote doesn't work and every time I plug it into to use it, it knocks my WiFi offline. Not happy.

Expands my TV horizons on my terms

I bought a Roku 2 to free myself from Cable. I added a Roku stick to add an additional TV. I have an older Vizio TV. My only probkem was the shape of the stick doesn't fit tge space I have well. I had to be careful nit to bend it too much, but it works very well! I am so happy to be free of cable creep!
