The remote stopped working

I really liked the product, so I bought another one for the second TV. But after a few months both remotes stopped working! Tried all their suggested fixes but nothing worked. Wish they made better quality remotes because the ROKU player is great.

Okay Device

I bought this a month ago. It works...but the remote looses sync with the stick one to two times an hour. I have to keep taking the batteries in and out to restore the connection. My daughter has the Roku 3 with no connection issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased my roku about a month ago and it is rarely reliable. It has internet connection problems while my other devices connect flawlessly. It also has a mind of its own and scrolls through options without letting me pick one. Lastly, my Netflix stalls and I have to take the stick out of my T.V. And reset it to make it work. I am highly unsatisfied.

Makes TV Great

This added so much more entertainment factor to watching the TV. We have all types of choices added to our present Cable Channel Lineup now. The paid services that we utilize through our Roku Stick are so easy to get to.

This is my second row crew and the first one is much better. I don't think they've got to swing down yet. He needs to be tweaked, I have to take it off and out Back in ever back in every time I hsvr to take it out and plug it back n every time I use it .

Entertainment to go!

Small and portable with great features! I love that I have the capability to take Roku and my channels with me anywhere. My only concern, and it may be an anomaly, is that my remote seems to go through batteries more frequently than my set top Roku. Overall I am very pleased with this product.

1.The remote keeps losing its connection. and must be re booted.
2.The hdmi connection is part of the stick and will not fit into some products. It is too long and is not flexable.
