Love Roku

I bought this to stream netflix and slingtv and replace my google chrome cast and could not be happier! Rook is so much better than chrome cast in ease and reliability. The only issue I have is the remote does not work all the time.

I have had my Roku Streaming stick for about 3-4 weeks and it has worked well only twice since receiving it. My biggest complaint is the remote very seldom works and I cannot access off the home page. I have tried brand new batteries, pulled the batteries out and re-installed them, and removed the battery compartment cover and then put it back on to tray nd get it to work properly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great content, bothersome response time

We bought our Roku about a month ago and have enjoyed the freedom to select the programming we like at much less expense. The experienced only one problem: the responsiveness of the controller. At least every other time we sit down to watch something, the controller gets no response at all from the stick. We always have to take the batteries out, switch them, roll them several times to get any response. We have two controllers and put in brand new batters, and we have the same problem with both from the beginning.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I both it for my main TV in the room. Awesome device. I have 3 more Roku devices spread all over my home. It is the most reliable and cheaper alternative to cable or satellite.

I've had this product for about 2 months. Easy to set up and easy to use. The remote is the only negative I have. It unlinks itself. I've stopped using the remote and instead use the app on my phone.
