I bought this about a month ago, overall it is a great product even though I have had some problems with the remote from time to time. It could be the batteries bc I can uninstall the batteries and reinstall them and it works fine. When I use it while streaming slingbox channels it will not work but I can use it from the phone app and it works great. All in all it is a great product. I love it.

I bought this a few weeks ago because my original roku was unable to switch between profiles on Netflix. I loved the original and love this even more. My only issue is it doesn't always connect well with my WiFi, even if other devices are connected and having no problems.
I would recommend this to a friend!

great product but remote control is flaky

I purchased my 3rd roku stick for my 3rd TV. Love the Roku stick but the remote control is flaky, buttons freeze up and remote stops working about 1 - 2 times per day. If I remove the batteries and reinstall them the remote starts working again. I need to contact roku support.
