it sucks!

I have had to reset the device too many times loosing all my channels and then i have to reenter password after password to set all my channels back up :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Adds more variety to our tv viewing

Enjoy increased variety in our entertainment. Stick works great and was easy to setup. One problem was the remote. I had to slap the remote to get it to work. Downloaded Roku app for my kindle to use it as my remote. This works great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

First purchase this item for myself, was very excite about it features, informed other family members and friends. Purchase one of each of them (3) as well and they are thrill with it.

Roku has worked very well for me. At first I had problems with the remote but I held the reset button down and it has worked great. I have no complaints.

Streaming stick, not so great.

Our family loves Roku! We have a Roku 2 and a 3, which we love and use daily! When we added another TV we decided to try the streaming stick for a few reasons, it's less expensive, no box, and no cords to deal with. I really wish we would have just paid for the Roku 3 because it's so much faster. If the streaming stick is your first Roku you will be happy, but if you own the 2 or 3 you will be disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got it about 2 weeks ago and it works fine. I find that I need to reset it sometimes but overall it works well. We enjoy watching movies on Netflix
