Slow and fragile remote

Compared to the roku 3 the stick is really slow taking longer to load netflix and I have ruled out network issues plus the controller died after 3 weeks use and was not abused or dropped. Having no easy and inexpensive way to replace remote makes me not want to buy again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible Remote

I really enjoy the product when the remote works. I have to keep removing the batteries and putting them back in to get the remote to work when it freezes.

happy with my Roku stick

I am very happy with my Roku stick, the only thing I am not happy with, is the remote seems to go through batteries very, very fast!! I've had my Roku stick for about a month, and I've had to change the batteries 3 times already! I'm not sure why that is, but it's quite an inconvenience l, and expensive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have had the stick for just under a year. We have basically done away with our cable tv because of it. Great purchase.

Best overall streaming player

I've used the Roku streaming stick, Apple TV, and new Chromecast, and the best of all of them is definately the Roku. I'm basing primarily on content, because let's face it, I want everything possible on my streaming device and Roku is the most complete.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my second Roku purchase

We cut the cord last year. I had a Roku on my bedroom TV and loved it. I decided to purchase my second Roku for my Living Room Smart TV, because it's apps were limited, slow and cumbersome. I'm so glad I did! Great product!
