Simply the BEST!

We've had our Roku streaming stick for over a year now. It is amazing! We didn't have to go into debt buying a video gaming system or smart TV and have all the streaming channels we love. Amazon, Netflix, Vudu, YouTube, Pandora, Amazon music, etc. etc.
Best of all, on top of not having a huge purchase to stream, we've been able to cut our cable bill dramatically since we're always on the Roku! We loved it so much we bought another streaming stick a few months ago for our bedroom TV.
I would recommend this to a friend!

initial set up difficult, then easy to use

I bought this because my tv was not a smart tv. I have netflix and other streaming apps that i could only watch on my computer. Roku solved my problem and saved my neck! Watching tv shows every night on an ipad was giving me a neck ache.
My son in law had to help me set it up, initially, but then there was no problem. I love it.

Ugh the remote

I have the stick and the roku box. Both of them for different tvs. The remotes constantly need to be paired up. Its not an easy task. I have to unplug the roku, take out the batteries of the remote. Then start it back up again and insert batteries. Its very very frustrating. Also I wish I could get fox news channel like I can get cnn.

The stupid remote keeps malfunctioning.

We just bought this and the remote for it won't work and have to keep turning off the roku and or remote to synchronize it again and again. Better off using app on phone to control it. Very frustrating.

Disappointed

I got this to stream "Sling". It cuts out quite often and I have to reset it. I don't believe it is my internet connection because I have an Apple TV and have no problems with it. Not sure how to troubleshoot the issue. I also find it difficult to use the remote, going back seems to be only going back to the beginning and starting over. Let me know if there are any suggestions!

Great EXCEPT THE REMOTE!!

I've had the roku for almost a year now and absolutely LOVE it EXCEPT THE REMOTE! it ALWAYS gets stuck when you try to use it. if you try to go to the left or right, up or down it doesn't stop it just keeps going. so I downloaded the remote app for the roku and even the app does it! ive returned and got 3 remotes now and they ALL do it. the remote SUCKS BUUUUUTTTT besides that I love it and its GREAT buy.
