Great when it works

It is very convenient when it works; however, it appears to have problems when working with a wireless network and connecting to anything than the most specific (but unknown) requirements. Which required trial and error until you get to a point where it can connect. Even then, in our case, we have to wait 10+ minutes after turning it on for it to connect properly to the network.

Love the Roku; HATE the remote

We have had the Roku for almost a year now and have had nothing but constant trouble from the remote. We are forever having to reboot the remote. Any suggestions? We have went and bought batteries and followed all of the troubleshooting ideas

It's been about 5 weeks since I purchased my Roku device. I luv luv luv it. I have so many options at my finger tips. I choose the programs to watch, pause and rewind and snacks all abound. There's so much content to choose from. Only wish they offered Fox Sports 1 as I am a college football fan. Otherwise, luv luv it.
