Great way to watch TV without paying a huge price.

I am very happy with my Roku as it has allowed me to watch TV without the huge price of satellite or cable. They offer many choices. I am very pleased to have been told about Roku from another happy user.

Laggy

I have a roku 3 and two roku sticks. The 3 is excellent and has zero issues. The stick on the other hand is laggy when using the remote and needs to be unplugged at times to reset it. Maybe it's how they save money so they can sell it at half the price idk. Don't buy the stick you'll be disappointed. Spend the extra money on the roku 3 or 4. Much better quality. If I could return them I would but they are used in my kids' and I didn't know about the issues in time to return.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this stick for one month. Stick is my new favorite movie and TV place to go. I had another streaming player. Now that Roku is in the house, I never use it.

Best way to watch TV

I bought this to replace our cable and the only regret I have is not switching sooner. So many options to watch TV and the best being SlingTV. My kids love Netflix and Hulu and there are so many more apps you can add to watch movies/tv shows. Best investment ever :D

We've had the Roku streaming stick for going on two months now and it's slow you have to reset it just about every time you try to use it and it's contactless lagging or not wanting to load something. Save your money and buy a blu ray player with the apps or a gamin system to run the apps you want.
