I bought my Roku stick a few months back and we absolutely love it we never have any issues with it everything is really fast and easy to operate I bought another one for my other TV in the back bedroom and I really like how the HDMI cord and plug right back to the back of the TV so it's very clean no Mas no wires and again very Easy to operate
I love only paying for channels I want to watch and many are free! I have had problems with the remote since the beginning, however and that has been frustrating. Hasn't messed up in a while now so maybe I'm done with that noise:)
I have had this product for about 3 Weeks and overall we are satisfied with it. It's much better than having to pay more for satellite in a new room. We just hooked our Netflix up and we are happy. The only gripe we have is that occasionally the remote stops working even after replacing the stock batteries with good ones. It requires us to take the batteries out and put them back in, then it is working fine.
I have two different streaming sticks, the batteries on one of them will not last overnight even if it is turned off I have to take the batteries out of the remote whenever I am not using it.
I got this stick free with a 3-month paid subscription to Sling to primarily watch ESPN. The stick is very slow compared to my Roku 3. The majority of the time I try and watch ESPN, it just gets stuck on loading. No, it isn't my bandwidth (I average 15-20 Mbps). Definitely disappointed with the product and sling service. No wonder it was free. I'll be cancelling my sling service after the three months is up.
It always cuts out, try to catch up or is loading. Freezes up all the time. I have to unplug it from the tv to get it going again. Have to change the batters in the remote all the time.
