I bought this about a month ago and LOVE it. This sure beats the cost of cable with hundreds of channels I don't even watch. I have wifi, netflix and roku and I am satisfied :)

Why pay for cable

Once you get used to scouting for shows you will wonder why you ever paid 100+ for cable. Yes there are other streaming devices out there but Roku who has all the channels and the interface is easy to navigate

Nice concept but buggie

This product has given me lots of headaches. After months of dealing with a dead remote, I downloaded the Android phone app. This (so far) has solved the problem.

Entire family loves it

I originally only bought it to be able to watch JW Broadcasting. Now that we have it we don't use our satellite tv service much. I wish I had bought a Roku before signing the satellite tv contract. Well worth the price. Does more than I imagined it would.

Easy to use; hard to determine pricing

Very easy to use; no hangups ... what I'd like to see, however, is the cost subscribing to the various channel packages so that I can get a realistic preview of costs. This is the beginning of cutting the cable cord for sure!

I received my stick from a Sling TV offer, and overall I'm pleased. Set up is simple, it starts up immediately, and there are TONS of free channels! It can be a little glitchy, which is why I took a star from the review, but I definitely recommend. I'm super happy not to run our PS4 all day.

Stick has less range than original little box

Have 3 sticks and 2 little box type Roku's. One on every TV in the house. Been a Roku fan for years. Very disappointed in the range of the stick. Will have to buy a new extended range router to get the Stick to work in a bedroom. The original little box type works great in that bedroom. Love being able to use my phone as a remote for any of them! Pairing the Stick to it's remote is a pain.
