Overall, I love the streaming stick, but the remote freezes much more often than with my regular roku box

Too Slow

Awful. It's almost too slow to even function. Rewind, fast-forward, and typing with it is nearly impossible because of how slow it is. I will be ordering the apple tv and using that instead. Its better in every aspect.

Want to Love

I'm a Very pleased owner of several Roku's over the years & have gifted to friends. The issue I experienced with the stick is - the USB location on my new tv was not on the edge of the TV. So the remote didn't have direct vision of the stick, making it less responsive-unless I stood on the bed:/ otherwise I Love Roku's!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible product

I received the Roku streaming stick through a deal with Sling TV. The Roku remote has never worked and the device is always frozen. My parents received the same deal and had exactly the same issues with the Roku stick and remote. Would not recommend this product to anyone.

Sometimes it requires a full reset which is super annoying. When it doesn't require that it works great. I'd recommend the box over the stick as I had a box first and have never had any issues with it.
