Easy to use and to set up

This device is not much different from the base units although you have to be careful with set up. If the cord is pulling the stick down based on gravity it can bend the HDMI input.
I would recommend this to a friend!

great product warranty

I bought my roku stick about a year or so ago and the remote stopped working. after following all of the instructions on how to fix it, it still didn't work. After a few days, I was at work and just did the online chat to tell them that my remote wasn't working. After answering some questions, They then sent me a new remote at $0 cost. I didn't even have to send the old one back.....I was VERY Impressed! Thank you! Now I can link my apple ph to the roku to show pics and watch various shows.

I will never go back to cable.

We bought this abut 2 months ago and we use it all the time now. In fact, we haven't used cable since and will be "cutting the cord". Why on Earth anyone would want to pay high cable or satellite prices for mediocre service is beyond me. The money you save could go towards a lot of different things.
This may not be great for everyone, depending on your individual needs or wants. It does work great for us though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm the one they invented the "dummy" books for however, this was the easiest and simplest install I have ever done. Don't need all the bells and whistles, just good TV enjoyment!! Thanks

I use my ROKU for Netflix and Amazon Prime approximately 5 hours a day. It works flawlessly.
