Feature-rich, easy to setup but slow

I already own a Roku 3 and purchased the Roku stick for a not-often used room without cable for the kids. It was very easy to setup. Note that it can use, but doesn't require, a power adapter (which simply allows it to start more quickly). It provides all the same great content as the Roku 3 but my only complaint would be that it is very slow. I was used to the speedy response of the box so was surprised by the response and occasional buffering of the stick. I'm not sure I'd purchase one for a main room but it serves the purpose I am using it for. If I had to buy it again I might go with a less Roku box instead.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I absolutely love this device. Streaming is seamless. I rush home to veg out and marathon watch NetFlix and Hulu.

A little slow

Bought this a month or so ago for the upstairs tv. Have an Apple tv for the basement. Overall the sections are decent however the stick is like it is delayed. It takes it a while to respond. Netflix is really slow as is YouTube. Should have bought the more expensive model I guess.

I already have Roku 2 and am really happy with it ,I got the streaming stick for another TV and am equally happy with it ,they are so convenient and easy to use .

Terrible product

I returned this for the 30-day money back guarantee because it kept freezing up. I had a Roku box before that failed after only 2 years. I will never buy another Roku product.
