My husband and I purchased the Roku stick about two months ago. No complaints. Very easy to set up. I love how discreet it is.

This streaming stick does a good job streaming content. Some features i would like to see, a browser to stream media from tv stations websites. a way to remove channels and apps from stick. Some channels can't be removed. Works good with Netflix.

We are not tech-savvy but installing the Roku was easy even for us! Found the HDM1 port, went online, and there it was.....very nice.

I bought this mainly so my 90 yr old dad could see the new season of Longmire on Netflix. He enjoyed being able to see this new season.

Great Product, remote is kind of annoying

We love our Roku Stick. We previously had the Fire TV stick and it would freeze all the time. We haven't had any trouble with the Roku! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because our remote will stop working a lot! At first we thought it just used batteries very quickly but even with new batteries it is fickle. We have to take out a battery and put it back in for it to continue working. Seems like a short in the remote or something. Also, the battery cover on the remote brok (probably because we have had to open and close so much).

Remote has only a few buttons, but half the time they don't do what you think they should and there is little on screen guidance. Most channel options I would like require paying rather than being free.

I am so completely disappointed and disheartened by the two sticks I bought. I had to at first return both as they did not work at all. The replacements often get stuck in some weird no man's land of ROKU and I have to re-set my account a few times a week. This is a very BETA piece of hardware if you ask me- it should have been quality tested before being sold to the unsuspecting masses. I expect things to work, this disappoints on almost every level.
