Remote DOES NOT WORK!

With my previous WiFi router, the remote worked most of the time but intermittently lost contact with the stick. After installing a new WiFi router, the stick and remote both quit working. After rebooting the stick, the streaming stick has been working great (but did have to reboot a few times). But I have to use my phone app for the remote because the remote continually quits working!!! May be a conflict with my WiFi, but tried several possible solutions. Seems to be a common issue after researching the issue on the Internet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought our Roku Stick about two weeks ago, and it has been great great great! The quality is perfect and so easy to use!! The only thing is, I wish there were more options for MY satellite provider. Cartoon Network is a must, and I can get it as an app on my phone, but not on Roku. Would LOVE to have that, but definitely NOT a deal breaker.
All in all, we love it and will be purchasing another one for other TV's in our house.

Great way to watch TV that I want to watch

I got the Roku a few weeks ago and I am really starting to use it more and more. It is a great way to watch and to subscribe to the TV channels that I want, not all the excess that I had to take when I had cable. I cut the cord and I have no regrets, in fact I am quite happy I made the decision to do so

Easy to use

I bought a month ago and I'm happier with it than the box (purple) in the bedroom. This one is connected to a smart TV and I still every couple of days need to reboot it (aggravating)which means it doesn't have enough RAM to hold all the channels I have (not too many). If it wasn't for that it would be great.

Great overall functionality

Best device of its kind out there. Struggled with blue ray and other streaming and this product solved my problems. Lots of good streaming channels and easy to use and set up. Go get one!

Purchased the Roku stick for a kitchen TV. It's nice enough, but the stick runs slowly. It definitely works well enough, but it can be annoying due to the speed (it has the newer operating system on it, so this could be the reason it runs slower, due to inferior hardware).
I would recommend this to a friend!
