The remote has become obsolete over 3 times in a row over just 1 month duration! Have to continue taking out batteries and putting them back in in order to work!

Roku stick

I bought the Roku stick about a month ago to cut the cable. Great product with lots of stations to chose from. It would get 5 stars if the remote worked more than 5 minutes at a time. Support replaced the remote and it still stops working after a few minutes until I pair it again. Thankfully the iPhone app works great as a remote. Fix this problem and it'll be a great product.

The remote freezes, have to adjust batteries often to get it to work. Should have bought the Chrome I originally went in to buy!

The easiest way to stream!

Roku streaming stick makes it so easy to watch Netflix Hulu and all these other channels that are made easily available to you via your Remote. The remote supplied with the unit was the only disappointment--it only worked part of the time. BUT the Roku app on my phone provided a remote that works perfect all the time!!! Since then we have trully enjoyed our TV. The ease with which we are able to switch is by far 1000 times better than the google chrome!

The thing I like best about the Roku stick, not only is installation a breeze, but it seems to stream Netflix better than our Wii U..with both our Wii U and Blu-ray player, we would get a lot of buffering. The Roku streams the content smoothly. Works great with both Netflix, YouTube, Google play. The only comment I would say, and I don't know if this would be on Roku's end, or Google Play's end, but I wish we could have multiple accounts on Google Play instead of just one at a time. It's a bit inconvenient to have to re-establish the device everytime we want to change accounts. That is the only drawback I can see thus far. It is way better than paying for expensive cable.

I love being unconnected! I would love more choices on my Roku so I can create an "ala carte" line up....I should be able to add ESPN, MLB Network, etc....
