The set up on the fire stick went pretty smooth. You activate your Roku account online with a credit card to complete set up.I did keep losing the Wi-Fi connection and pushed the reset button on the side of the fire stick and now have an excellent Wi -Fi connection ????? I will be purchasing the newer version of Fire stick for my 2 nd TV
I bought this couple of months ago and it streams better than my directTV box. I'm very happy with the product and haven't had any problems whatsoever.
For very little money spent, we have turned our HD tv into a smart tv We now have access to Netflix, Hulu. Utube and many others We now have 2 of the Roku streaming sticks
I haven't used the product very much, but I am satisfied that it does what it is advertised to do and does it well. I'm not sure that I will like streaming TV, but the quality of the signal and such are fine. So far I am only using free services. They work well, but they are examples of the adage that you get what you pay for. In any event, I don't regret getting Roku. It seems like the best product of it's kind on the market for a not very tech-oriented, not in the smartphone culture yet person such as myself. I will be marking "no" for "recommend to a friend" but only because I don't recommend anything to anyone.
