I get the purple screen telling me "invalid content-disabled" every time I turn on the tv. I have to re-boot roku every time to clear this error.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Reason for only three stars is the remote is intermittent, sometimes it connects and sometimes it doesn't.

needed features

I bought a total of 3 Roku devices, I was told to do so by Time Warner Cable so that I would not have need of bulky TWC boxes and they are wireless. However, Channels
305, 309 are not available on the Roku app for TWC. I really like watching my Sports channels and I was very dissappointed when I could not download the FoxSport Go. or get the above channels that show on regular TWC guide. So I had to end up paying for another TWC box plus the ROKU box and it ended up more expensive that I had antisipated.

Bought it for a trial run, got rid of cable a few years ago and wanted to get more than just digital antenna channels. This is great. Love the various channels, especially the ones from central America.
I would recommend this to a friend!
