Roku exceeded our wildest expectations.

I once again received a price increase from my cable provider. I tried to negotiate with them on several occasions but they would not budge, even though we had been using their services for 15 years. I discovered Roku and have not looked back…even though my previous provider continues to beg us to return…offering rock bottom discounts. My wife and I can not say enough good about the options that are available through Roku. It is amazing. Not to mention that I have saved over $800 in the last 7 months. Try it!!! I guarantee you won't be disappointed!!!

A little slow

It's a little slow. Startup is really slow, and then it's just terribly responsive - especially compared to a Chromecast. I understand it's not intended to compete with an AppleTV. Finding channels - and the idea of hidden channels is somewhat of a pain.

I bought this maybe a month or two ago to replace my Roku one which its a great space saver but is not as good as my original kinda wish i never bought it

I love the movies, but I think that the remote should be upgraded. I have to take the batteries out and put them back in several times every time I use the Roku. This is aggravating as I would expect to be able to use the Roku without always having to constantly take out and put in the batteries.
