Huge potential

I bought my Roku stick about 2 months ago now. Quality just isn't as good as the ChromeCast I also have hooked up. Amazon Prime looks horrid. VHS quality. Netflix constantly goes from HD to what looks like 360p.
It's not the connection, as the ChromeCast is connected to the same tv and works perfect.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Everything you want, nothing you don't. Plug and play. Connect existing accounts (Amazon, Netflix, Google, etc) and enjoy! Account not necessary. Plenty of free specialty programming.

This is my second one. I loved my first one but it got damaged. This one works great but every now and then it goes purple and gives me an error message where I can hear everything just can't see it. I have to sit and unplug it and wait. Yes, it's a simple process to fix but it truly becomes annoying. I also wish there were more things on there that I didn't have to purchase additionally.
