Great content, but frequent connection problems

When it works, it is a great way to watch TV and get content that's not otherwise available. However, it frequently loses the wifi connection, or the Roku channels aren't available even when it's connected.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The product is nice, but it isn't a cable tv alternative. You still need cable tv provider (or a friend's).

Remote that came with it was junk and scrolls to one side almost all the time. It can't be as far from your WiFi source as the roku 2 either. It's nice to have less wires but as far as I'm concerned it is their worst product. I love my other roku 2 boxes but the stick needs improvement.

Love the form factor

Navigation isn't as snappy as my Roku 3 but, overall, with its support for 802.11ac I stream HD content without stuttering or "buffering" and all of my channels come in just fine. So, no real complaints at all.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this thing,what a great alternative to cable. Got this and an antenna and bye bye cable! Works great,lots of free channels as well as Netflix,Hulu etc.
