Great product, with 1 small glitch

I bought the product October 31. Setup was easy. Everything went fine the first dayI used it. The second day I kept getting a message on the TV that the wireless service could not be found. It turns out that the weight of the power cord in the bacl of the streaming stick pulled the stick down enough that it was not making a tight connection on the HDMI port on my TV. Once my wife figured that out we have had not more problems. I am not sure if this is the stick itself or my TV. No problems since them, but we do chack to make sure the connection is tight before we start using it.
