The streaming stick works great but the remotes do not. I have 2 remotes and both do not work and they were purchased in the last few months.

Should have waited for the new model

Bought this for my bedroom tv. Have a Roku 3 downstairs. It is definitely a lot slower to get to the home page and the channels load a lot slower. But once it is on there is no difference in streaming. I heard that the new black stick is faster.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I brought Roku stick about a month ago as I was looking for a streaming device.
Every thing is great except the remote sucks. It is so hard for the Roku to detect remote button push. I end up using the Roku app on my phone which is so easy to use and have more features than the physical Roku remote.
Can you tell me if there is a fix for the Roku remote?

My husband and I bought the Roku about a month ago. We really enjoy being able to stream Netflix to our tv instead of watching on the phone. Best electronic purchase we have made!

The roku stick is my second roku. I also have a roku 3. Both are so easy to use. Set up was a breeze. My 70's parents to my 8 year old son have no troubles using this product.
