This is a wonderful addition to my family entertainment. I am so happy with this product and the ease of setup. I am going to by 2 for my daughter's Christmas present!

Remote won't work most of the time

One day everything works fine, the next it does not. To fix it, I have to reboot everything and put codes in again and go online again to choose stations. It is exhausing. I spend as much time setting it up again and again as I do watching.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

old folks figuring it out

My folks are older and are figuring it out slowly but surely. I've only been called once to come help them out. And it may have been a Netflix issue, either way we got it working again quickly.

Purchased one but returned it because remote would not stay paired...exchanged and had same problem with second one...If not for the mobile app it would be useless...
