Had it for a month - has worked great, a little slow setting up and syncing with the remote during the initial setup - but nearly flawless since. the only issue I have is I wish we could re-program the four hot keys with our selections, Netflix is great, but the other three keys are useless to me, if I could re-program them to channels I use would be a big help.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Roku Stick - Very nice

I recently purchased a Roku stick and it worked fine for a few days but then it started flickering and the remote sometimes wont work. I have to unplug the stick and plug it back in at least once or twice a day... Very annoying but it's awesome when it works. Keeps the entertainment center clean.

I bought 3 ROKU Stick and they work great, but by you can't get any local channels, and the remote is terrible, I would pay more for a better remote

I had avoided any streaming appliances but this was simple to setup and has made life a lot easier when it comes to finding a kids show to put on or renting a movie to watch for the evening.

I have had the streaming stick a few months now, but absolutely love it, it mad my regular lcd tv a smart tv (basically), and allows me to have many option for me and my children to watch, listen and do... anyone hesitating i urge you to invest now. Only downfall is multiple subscriptions with no package deal...

Great to travel with

We have a Roku 3 at home and missed the benefits when we travel. We take the Roku Stick with us and in a matter of minutes we are connected and watching our favorite shows. It's also nice to have in another room in the house when we don't want to watch the same thing. Very easy to use and I really like the updated remote.

Great player but the remote sucks!

I have an older roku and bought 4 new TV's and added 3 new roku sticks to them! I was really excited and loved the old roku players that I still use in my garage! Then I got these and the remotes stopped working after a week! 1 of the 3 remotes still work after 30 days! I am returning the sticks today!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
