I bought this for my garage apartment. The plan was for it to allow my guests to be able to stream shows and movies. The stick freezes and has terrible reception.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the third stick I have purchased . Two were gifts and what a deal.
Lots of brownie points from the recipients.So easy to set up and so much to watch.

Easy to use

I purchased this after my original Roku device was damaged when my house was struck by lightening. Once I replaced my TV I wanted to maintain the great features I was getting on my Roku an purchased the Stick. Works just as great as my original device and lots smaller.

I love the all the options I have with my Roku(s). I have one on each of my TVs and my one TV is already a smart TV. There are a lot of Apps to choose from and there are more being added. I have also bought Rokus for gift giving.
