I bought this a month ago and absolutely love it. Movies galore, news and just about anything you want to watch. I wish I would have discovered it sooner. Plan to take it when we go on vacation in our RV.

Roku Stick Purchase

My son told me about how he has netflicks on his TV and said he gets through his Blu-ray player. So, I decided to get one for myself. In looking for one I came across the Roku, and as it was much cheaper than a Blu-ray player, I decided to try it. It was so easy to set up and I like it so much that I bought another one for my other TV.

I purchased a Roku streaming stick recently and have been completely satisfied. I have been enjoying so many programs, especially Hope Channel, Amazing Facts and PBS. Also opened a Netflix account. I'm really thrilled with all the viewing options.

Disappointed!

I have 2 Roku 2's and bought the stick. The weak link is the remote. 2 times in under a year the remote has quit working. The 1st time it quit working, it was replaced. The 2nd time, I got no response from customer service using email.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor connection to wifi

The player doesn't always pick up our wifi, which means crummy streaming quality. The remote doesn't work the greatest either because it has to be pointed at one specific part of our tv in order to work.
