ROKU is great, the ROKU Remote is not.

We are enjoying ROKU for streaming our favorite movies and shows and even listening to music.
We have had horrible problems with the remote though. We ended up having to remove the batteries and replacing them every time we wanted to use it.
Then we discovered that there is an app for the Kindle that acts as a ROKU remote. I highly recommend using the app, it's 150% better than the ROKU remote that comes with the stick.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works Perfectly

I was having a lot of trouble streaming to my smart TV after I cut the cord, and cancelled my cable. The problem was the smart TV. It's just not that smart. The solution was Roku, which plugs in and is ready to go. I have access to all the shows I want, and flawless streaming. Great product for any price, but the price was very affordable. And I'm happy I got the stick over the box.

My roku randomly gets stuck/freezes or the connection between the remote and stick doesn't work. I've check my Wi-Fi connection, replaced batteries and still have the same problem. I've had this product for over a year and for never messing with it, expected it to last longer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Trouble with controller

Like the stick but have trouble getting controller to work with stick. Must unplug unit, plug it back in & remove & replace batteries in controller. Do not have this problem with Roku 1 I have attached on another TV.

Bought one to see if we would like it. Reviewed the articles and compared the comparable units. Now I am up to three streaming sticks and one Roku TV. Love the ROKU!
