Wow I am so glad I bought this product!! Super easy installation (I am not good at electronics and such but this was so easy to install and use!!) which is done in simple and quick steps. You can begin using it immediately and it has so many selections, there is something for EVERYONE!! Wonderful product!! I have no problem recommending this to EVERYONE!!

The remote eats batteries

The whole concept of the Roku is pretty awesome. I like all the features it offers including being able to share pics and videos on my tv. The only downfall in my experience is that the remote goes through batteries super quick. I've only had the Roku player about 2 months and I've had to change the batteries 3 times already. I don't know why. Also, it seems there's no way to turn off the device so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. Feature wise pretty cool. Remote questionable.

Not what I thought it was

I brought this last month, so I could save money on cable, but if you don't have money the majority of things you could see, you will not see. Everything has a second order on it, which costs. I was not happy. To me there was not a saving.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Smart gadget for my non-smart flat screen TV

I am impressed with the capabilities of my Roku streaming stick. I am able to get so many channels. I am even considering dropping my cable service and relying on Roku for my television viewing needs.

Versatile and works well

I was an apple tv guy and purchased this for Sling TV. I think the ROKU is vastly better in design, use, and functionality. It's also the most versatile device I own.
