Great choice was between chromecast and stick. Very happy with my choice. I recommend it to anyone thinking about a streaming stick

Lots of Features-But They Don't Seem to Work

I purchased the Roku to compliment my new TV which was not a Smart TV. It installed flawlessly, has great graphics and seems to have lots of interesting options. Unfortunately they will not load. However if I purchase a movie on the Roku, that processes perfectly, but the movie does not load and disappears within minutes. Disappointed, does not provide what I hoped it would.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So many options and glitches

My remote/app stops working alot and my streaming stick over heats also. The concept is great but needs alot of improvement.

I recently returned my Roku device after having it for only a month. I wasn't quite impressed with the free selections that were offered and I was fed up with the endless interference of the streaming or loading of certain channels, especially the kids' channels such as PBS Kids, Nick Jr, Disney channel...etc. Those channels would constantly stop and re stream or reload. I could never enjoy those channels. And there was nothing wrong with my internet. I was very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought the streaming stick because my Roku just stopped working. As of today I only have one complaint. Sometimes the stick stops streaming, but that may be because of where I live.
I would recommend this to a friend!
