Initially it's slow to load.
For example, if you go into Netflix, or Amazon Prime, it takes it a while to begin working smoothly, but once it catches up, the shows or movies play without any disruption. If the could fix that lag problem, then it would be perfect.

Good but slow to respond

The Roku stick streams video well but even with our 60 Mbps internet service, the stick is slow to boot up and load programs. Our Roku 2 is much better in this regard and I would recommend spending the extra money to buy a Roku 2.

I bought one for the Kitchen, Then I bought one for the bedroom. Now I have one in every room that has a TV. Great Product, I love it.

Own two so the kid can watch in her bedroom while we use one in the living room. works very nice for netflix and amazon prime, and tons of other channels.

got this a month ago and it totally sucks never had so much trouble with anything like this before and would not what anyone i know to get one of these

I bought this for my girls about six months ago and have had trouble with it off and on the entire time. You constantly have to reset the stick and remote to get it to work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
