Great device for a great price.

I bought this a month a go in addition to already having a Roku 3 device in another room. Very impressed with performance of this device in relation to that. Although the Roku 3 is a little bit faster to load up the Roku streaming stick is on par with the Roku 2 and even exceeds it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great, except for getting stuck in tv and slowness

It's a great player for the money. The only problem is I got this on Nov 21 & the hdmi is a little too big for tv's, it got stuck & I had it replaced already. Also, it's a little slow, the delay between the remote to the player is a little long

Initial few days it ran fine then now everyone we need to restart it otherwise it shows unauthorized content ... It's sucking us

I was interested in dropping cable since the programs my family watches are pretty consistent. I had heard of the Roku through friends but never knew the full capabilities of it. I just assumed that Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime were the only things it was really used for. I had no idea there were all these "channels"! there is a frightpix channel for horror, Crackle for shows even weather! ALL FOR FREE! Absolutely love it!

what's nice about the Roku stick is that you don't have to look at a box and it works just as well as all the other Roku devices we own.
