Never could get it to work

Turns on, remote works, randomly shuts off, usually while trying to fill in the startup forms. It now sits in a box of other junk.

I have followed the directions for setup exactly, but I cannot get the screen to stop flashing and blinking. VERY FRUSTRATING. I have had the Roku for over a month and have not watched one program.

HAVE HAD TO UNPLUG IT AND REMOVE BATTERIES SEVERAL TIMES IN ORDER TO GET THE UNIT TO RESTART

Happy Customer, but...

The Roku was exactly what I needed, a device that would stream TWC. I am extremely happy with the purchase. Just plugged it in and I was streaming. Two issues however; one, the stick almost did not fit into the port on my TV. Be sure to check the design of your TV as this plugs directly into the set. The second issue is more annoying. When viewing my TWC channels, I cannot jump between channels by keying in the channel number. If this is possible will someone please let me know. I have to go to the onscreen guide and tab up or down to my desired channel.

I bought this on Black Friday 2015. I'm glad I did because I love the old b&w movies and I get to see shows I've wanted to see but never got around to.

Stick is great. Plugs right into the back of the TV in the htmi port. Does requires plugging in to a power source
