We have purchased three now to have ROKU in our whole house. We like the money saving AND the ability to watch some series that we have really enjoyed. There is a great channel sellection. Thank you

Loses connection after restart

I love the device with the exception that it loses connection after every shutoff. I have upgraded he firmware, but it did not fix it. I have moved the power supply to a wall outlet (from the TVs USB port) and this seems to have fixed it so far. It loses something when power is removed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Smarter than a smart TV

We bought the Roku for our bedroom because it's not a smart tv and bc the smart tv we had didnt seem to get great internet reception. The roku works way better. So we returned the smart tv. Also we have a smart TV in our family room but sometimes move the roku to the family room tv bc it has more apps than the smart tv. We love it. I bought one for my dad and my college son.

I have 2 Roku sticks and a smart TV. With Amazon Prime I can watch all the movies and shows I want.

Roku is great

I have a several Roku at my house. Work well. Only complaint is on two of 5 roku I purchased the remotes stopped working. Not a battery issue.. just won't work at all. I reprogrammed and followed all instructions to reset but remotes show no power to them. Other than the remote issues I really like the Roku.
