Great portable device

This is my 2nd Roku. I bought it for my bedroom TV and for traveling. It is great and I am happy with my purchase

The Roku stick does not have enough power to pick up a signal through a thin wall.

I purchased the streaming stick in November and the set up was easy but the remote control got stuck several times when I was setting up my profile and sellecting my channels.
In addition, I paid for a subscription to acorn tv and I can watch it in my smartphone with no problem but I am not able to watch it on my streaming device because it says unauthorized purchase.
I also selected another channel tub it tv and I am not able to watch any things on that as well. I was going to sign up for this free tv but they want you to put your cell phone number so they can send you a text, then you input that and then fill out the form and send it back.

Most of the other channels you have to pay for and for the ones that you don't have to pay for it has lots of commercials even when you are watching a movie. It shows the same commercials over and over.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought a Roku streaming stick about a month ago. I am not disappointed! Great value for cost. It turned my wall mounted 10 year old Visio flat screen into a "smart tv" for very easy access to Netflix etc. It is easy to install and easy to use. You do not have to be a tech guru to use it. I am looking forward to getting familiar with the others apps/channels this winter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought the Roku stick about a month ago and absolutely love it. It was easy to install and set up. The programs that are offered are out of this world. Best present that I gave to myself in a long time.

Horrible stick with a box

I bought this because it was cheaper than getting a box and kept it in my living room. Not at all impressed with it. I feel it lags compared to my roku 3 box and its easily bendable. Will not buy another one. It also won't connect to my phone top mirror like my box does either. If you are going top get this i would recommend for a tv you don't use a lot.
