Streamiing Stick Poor Performance

I and my friends have purchased the streaming stick. We all use the external power. We all have Frontier, we all are within 20 feet of hub. The stick drops out of communication constantly. I have asked to exchange it with a ROku 2 and I will pay the difference. Have never heard back yet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this to replace my Amazon fire stick that died
Pros: love all the apps, step up is a breeze. Remote is nice. The love that I can get the remote on my iPhone. Once up and going it's great.

Cons: it's really slow to load up, apps also tale a long to open. Really all it needs a micro as SD slot like the box and this would be perfect

Awesome device!!! I am not an electronic wizard and a senior citizen. It was so easy to set up and it helped change my life for the better. I tell all my friends that they should get a ROKU!

Awesome little Stick

I have owned my Roku Stick for about a year now, I live in a split level home and my router is in the back corner of the house on the top level. I have not had any connectivity issues at all. The little stick is small enough that you can put it behind the smallest of tv's and not have any clearance problems whatsoever. I honestly can't say I have any problems with it or any complaints.

Good for TWC app but the fact that you have to scroll through all the channels due to the remote having no keypad is a pain.

Took it out of the box, plugged it in, registered it, and PRESTO!, I have ROKU without the box sitting on my mantle. This version is a vast improvement over the older streaming stick, which had a hard time finding my wifi signal. The new streaming stick is always perfect and pretty fast.
I would recommend this to a friend!
